Enfinigy Pro Kettle
Zwilling · £139

Worth being NRY provisional
Seven preset temperatures on a 1.5 litre kettle at £139, which is the cheapest variable-temperature kettle here by a clear margin. Green tea at 80°C and coffee at 94°C are genuinely different drinks from the same leaves and beans boiled at 100, and this is the point at which that stops being an expensive indulgence.

- Not for
- Anyone who only makes builder’s tea, where boiling is the correct answer.
