Halo+ GTV
XGIMI · £619
Worth being NRY provisional
£619 for a compact projector with a battery in it, which is the one thing no mains projector can do: carry it into a garden and start a film. XGIMI build Google TV in, so it needs nothing plugged into it either. The compromise is brightness, and outdoors after dark that does not matter at all.
- For
- Someone who wants films in the garden, camping, or in a room with no socket where it needs to be.
- Not for
- Anyone wanting a main-room projector: this is a second screen that travels.
What we checked
- A compact projector with a built-in battery, aimed at use outdoors. Richer Sounds
Marked provisional: the justification rests on 1 source(s); two independent ones is the bar. We publish it anyway and say so, rather than waiting for evidence that may never arrive.
