Genesis E-335W Gas Barbecue
Weber · £1,319

Nice, but provisional
The same three burners as the E-315 plus a sear zone and a side burner, for £370 more. A sear zone is a genuinely useful thing if you cook steak, and a side burner is a hob you already own indoors twenty feet away. Worth the difference for the sear zone alone if steak is why you bought a barbecue, and not otherwise.
- For
- Someone who cooks steak often and wants a dedicated high-heat zone.
- Not for
- Anyone who mostly does burgers and sausages, where the E-315 does the same job.
What we checked
- It adds a Sear Zone and a side burner to the three-burner Genesis design. Weber
Marked provisional: the justification rests on 1 source(s); two independent ones is the bar. We publish it anyway and say so, rather than waiting for evidence that may never arrive.
