Ash Green Linen Suit
SirPlus · £610

Nice, but provisional
Pure linen, unlined blazer, high-waisted single-pleated trousers, notch lapels and nothing fussy anywhere. At £610 it is the cheapest way into a real linen suit here, and pure linen behaves exactly as pure linen does: it looks superb for an hour and lived-in for the rest of the day. The colour is the limiting factor rather than the make, since ash green has one season and a handful of occasions in it.
- For
- Someone who wants a linen suit for a summer abroad and accepts that linen creases.
- Not for
- Anyone who needs to look crisp at six in the evening after wearing it since nine.
What we checked
- An unlined blazer and high-waisted single-pleated trousers, both in pure linen. SirPlus

Marked provisional: the justification rests on 1 source(s); two independent ones is the bar. We publish it anyway and say so, rather than waiting for evidence that may never arrive.
