Hybrid Luxe Mattress
Simba · £1,899
Nice, but provisional
5,700 springs over 31cm and nine layers, with wool and bamboo, in a plush rather than medium-firm feel. Against the £1,399 Pro that is 900 more springs and 3cm for another £500, which buys a softer surface rather than more support, and the guarantee and trial do not change at all. Buy it if you want to sink in; the Pro is the better mattress for most backs.
- For
- Someone who actively wants a plush, deep surface and will pay for the extra layers.
- Not for
- Anyone who sleeps better on a firm mattress, where the Pro costs £500 less.

Marked provisional: the justification rests on 1 source(s); two independent ones is the bar. We publish it anyway and say so, rather than waiting for evidence that may never arrive.
