Nice, but provisional
£195 for a light, protective leather boot with a padded mid ankle, and it sits awkwardly: the Hanwag Banks is leather, resolable and £30 less, and the Scarpa Terra is £15 more with a full-grain upper. It is a perfectly good boot in a part of the range where two neighbours each do something it does not.
