Made in Denmark, £156 at 26cm, and the best non-stick here by some way. Scanpan press their coating into the aluminium rather than spraying it on top, which is why their pans survive metal utensils when most non-stick does not. Non-stick is still a wearing part and this is still the version that wears slowest.
