Made in Denmark, oven proof to 260 degrees, £210.60. The build is lovely and the number that matters is still 260, because a wok on a hot gas ring goes past that and the coating is what sets the limit. Forty-five pounds of hand hammered carbon steel has no limit at all and is the better wok for the job.
