Danish-made, induction compatible, dishwasher safe and oven safe to 260 degrees, at £155.70. It is a good pan and the ceiling belongs to the coating, not the steel. Scanpan's own stainless wok is cheaper, holds a ten year guarantee and has no lining to think about, which on a wok is the better trade.
