Koda 16 Gas Pizza Oven
Ooni · £399

Worth being NRY provisional
500°C in twenty minutes and a pizza in sixty seconds, on gas, so there is no fire to tend. Temperature is the entire problem with pizza at home: a domestic oven tops out around 250°C and gives you bread with toppings. The 16 inch model is the one worth having over the 12, because a 12 inch stone means a 10 inch pizza once you account for turning it.
- For
- Someone who will use it a dozen times a summer and wants it to work every time.
- Not for
- Anyone who wants the wood-fired flavour, which gas does not give you.
