Numo Task Chair
Aeris · £739

It’s good, but this is close and much better value: HAG Tion provisional
Aeris build this around a seat that moves with you in every direction rather than just up and down, which is a real idea and the reason the chair exists. What you get behind it is a year of cover, against ten years at up to nine hours a day on the HAG Tion, which costs less. For a chair you intend to sit in every working day, that is the number that decides it.
- For
- Someone who wants active sitting and will replace the chair rather than keep it a decade.
- Not for
- Anyone buying one chair for the next ten years.
What we checked
- The seat moves in three directions rather than only up and down. Back in Action
- Aeris cover it for one year, which is the shorter of the two terms the page states. Back in Action
- The same page separately claims three years, qualified to material and manufacturing defects. Recorded and not relied on: where a page states a fact two ways, the site takes the conservative reading (CLAUDE.md section 8). Back in Action
Marked provisional: the justification rests on 1 source(s); two independent ones is the bar; a claim the justification rests on is low confidence. We publish it anyway and say so, rather than waiting for evidence that may never arrive.
