Mousetrapper · £249
Nice, but provisional
Not a desk and not a riser: a 60 by 49.5cm stand that lifts a laptop or a screen to standing height and weighs 6.5kg, so it moves between rooms. That makes it the answer for a kitchen table or a hotel desk rather than a study. Mousetrapper cover the mechanical parts for two years, which is the shortest term in this category.
- For
- Someone who works in several places and wants one of them to be standing.
- Not for
- Anyone furnishing a permanent study, where a riser at this money does more.

Marked provisional: the justification rests on 1 source(s); two independent ones is the bar. We publish it anyway and say so, rather than waiting for evidence that may never arrive.
