Vetiver read as forest floor rather than as cologne, with aromatic herbs, cool spice and resin around it, so it comes out fresh and smoky at once. That is a harder trick than either half on its own and it is the reason to choose this over the more citric vetivers. £140 for 100ml is the lower half of the category and this is not the lesser scent for it.
