Premiere Uncoated Stainless Steel 30cm Wok
GreenPan · £111
Worth being NRY provisional
Uncoated stainless with a twenty year warranty, £111.20. It is the only pan here that combines a long guarantee with no coating, so there is nothing to degrade and nothing to replace, and stainless asks less maintenance than carbon steel. It will never be as slippery as a new non-stick and it will still be here in twenty years.
