A PFAS-free ceramic lining on 3-ply steel for £61.60, with the honest guarantee GreenPan put on everything: lifetime on the pan, five years on the coating. It is oven safe to 220 degrees, the lowest ceiling in this category. For gentle stir-frying it is pleasant; for the scorching heat a wok is for, the ceiling is the whole story.
