A contact grill that also air fries, using a cyclonic fan to cook evenly and a temperature-controlled plate to keep the smoke down. Indoor grilling is the thing this does that an air fryer cannot, and it is genuinely good at it. It is also a specialist, and a large one, so it earns its place only if you actually want grill marks.
