Enamelled cast iron at £77.50, induction compatible, and it goes in the dishwasher, the fridge and the freezer. That last part is the quiet argument for it: a dish you can braise in on Sunday and put straight in the fridge is a dish you will actually use. It is a third of Le Creuset's price and it is the same material.
