Prism Towel
Christy · £23

Worth being NRY provisional
Five hundred and fifty grams of Turkish cotton from Christy, who have been making terry towelling in Britain since the nineteenth century and still specify their weight and origin on every line. At 550gsm this is the lighter end of plush, which in practice means it dries overnight and still feels like a proper towel. Twenty-three pounds is the sensible middle of this category.
- For
- Anyone who wants a towel that is good without being a project.
- Not for
- Someone who wants the heavy hotel feel, which is the Luxe at 730gsm.
What we checked
- Turkish cotton at 550gsm, made in Turkey. Christy
Marked provisional: the justification rests on 1 source(s); two independent ones is the bar. We publish it anyway and say so, rather than waiting for evidence that may never arrive.
