Callaway Opus SP+ Chrome Golf Wedge - Steel
Callaway · £199
Nice, but provisional
Callaway's current wedge at a hundred and ninety-nine pounds, shafted with Dynamic Gold S200, which is a stiff, heavy steel shaft and the traditional wedge choice. It comes in a sensible spread of grinds. It is a good wedge and it is competing directly with the one the tour uses at twenty pounds less, which is a hard place to stand.
- For
- A player already on Callaway irons who wants the set to match through the bag.
- Not for
- Somebody choosing purely on merit at this price.

Marked provisional: the justification rests on 1 source(s); two independent ones is the bar. We publish it anyway and say so, rather than waiting for evidence that may never arrive.
