Single Breasted Notch Lapel Suit in Navy Tropical Wool
Cad & The Dandy · £1,100

Worth being NRY provisional
Tropical wool is the open, high-twist weave that makes a suit survivable in heat, and this one has a matt finish and a subtle grain so it does not read as a summer compromise. On the same hand-built full floating canvas as the rest of the range, with a hand-padded lapel. If you are going to own one made-to-measure suit and you work through British summers in meetings, this is the more useful of the two navies.
- For
- Someone who wears a suit all year and suffers from June to September.
- Not for
- Anyone wanting one suit for winter too. Tropical wool in January is thin.
What we checked
- Built by hand on a full floating canvas, with a hand-padded lapel and a soft shoulder. Cad & The Dandy
- A navy tropical wool with a matt finish, light and crisp with a slight stretch. Cad & The Dandy
- The trouser is cut to a six-inch drop and left unfinished for tailoring. Cad & The Dandy
Marked provisional: the justification rests on 1 source(s); two independent ones is the bar. We publish it anyway and say so, rather than waiting for evidence that may never arrive.
