Worth being NRY provisional
Carbon-coned drive units angled towards the ear, a 24-bit processor behind them, cast aluminium arms and Nappa leather where the cheaper pair uses plastic. The newer Px7 S3 has the better codec on paper and costs £130 less, so the honest account of the difference is that the extra buys materials and drivers rather than features. For anyone who will wear these daily for years that is the right way round, which is why we think this is the one to own.
- For
- Someone who will use these every day for years and would rather own the better-made pair.
- Not for
- Anyone who wants the newest wireless features for the least money, which is the Px7 S3 below it.
What we checked

Marked provisional: the justification rests on 1 source(s); two independent ones is the bar. We publish it anyway and say so, rather than waiting for evidence that may never arrive.
