Nice, but provisional
The professional Bamix at £225, built for commercial use and, as Divertimenti put it, good for a lifetime with care. That is true and it is also true of the £119 Deluxe, which has the same 200W motor. What the Gastro adds is a tougher body for a kitchen that runs all day, which a domestic one does not.
