A flat-bottomed, vacuum-insulated dripper, which is two unusual decisions that both help. The flat bed makes the coffee extract more evenly than a cone and the double wall keeps the temperature up through the brew, so the last of the pour tastes like the first. At £69 it is the cheapest thing in this category and the one that most reliably improves what you are already doing.
